1. Who we are
This website is operated by AYUSHI COMMUNICATION, trading as MP Online Digital, an ANGC Group venture, with offices at M.P. Nagar Zone-1, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
We are a private service provider. We are not a government department, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government body. We help you prepare and submit applications on the official government portals. Whether an application is approved is decided entirely by the relevant department - not by us.
2. What our service includes
When you order a service from us, you are paying us to:
- tell you which documents your application needs;
- check the documents you send us for obvious errors and omissions;
- complete and submit the application on the appropriate official portal; and
- keep you updated and pass on the certificate or reference number once it is issued.
You are notpaying for a guaranteed approval, a specific processing time, or any influence over the department's decision. Timelines shown on our service pages are typical estimates based on past applications. They are not promises, and departmental delays are outside our control.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- the information and documents you give us are true, accurate, and your own to submit;
- you will not ask us to submit false, forged, or altered documents;
- you will respond when we ask for a correction, so your application is not rejected or delayed; and
- you are eligible for the service you are applying for.
We may refuse or stop work on any application we believe to be fraudulent, unlawful, or ineligible. If we do, we will tell you why.
4. Fees and payment
The fee shown on each service page is our service fee. Government fees, where a department charges them, are separate and are either collected from you at the time or paid by you directly - we will tell you which before you pay.
We accept UPI, internet banking, and debit and credit cards. Your bank or the payment gateway may add its own transaction charges, which are not ours and are not refundable by us.
If a payment fails, it is refunded automatically by the payment provider. We do not begin work until payment has been confirmed.
5. Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering.
To cancel, email info@mponlinedigital.com or call 9109111335 with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not available once:
- your application has been successfully submitted to the department;
- a bill payment or fee has been settled with the department on your behalf; or
- the application was rejected or delayed because of incorrect, incomplete, or wrong documents supplied by you (गलत दस्तावेज अपलोड होने पर पैसे रिफंड नहीं होंगे).
In each case the work has already been done or the money has already left our hands, which is why it cannot be returned. A rejection by the department is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of our service fee.
If we are unable to submit your application at all, and the fault is ours, we will refund your service fee in full.
6. Your documents
Documents you upload are used only to prepare and submit the application you asked for. Uploads must be PDF, JPG, or PNG and no larger than 5 MB each. How we store and handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limits of our responsibility
We take care with every application, but we are not responsible for outcomes we do not control. This includes departmental decisions, rejections, processing delays, changes to government rules or fees, and portal downtime.
Where we are found responsible for a loss caused by our own error, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for that application. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your portal account details secure. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or to break these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Contact us
Questions or complaints about these terms, or about an order: email info@mponlinedigital.com, call or WhatsApp 9109111335, or visit either of our Bhopal offices. We aim to respond to every complaint within 3 working days.
