Udyam Registration is the official MSME Registration by the Government of India, applicable to eligible Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises in manufacturing, services, and eligible trading activities. It helps businesses access Priority Lending, Government Subsidies, MSME Schemes, Incentives, Credit Support, and other Government Benefits.

Eligibility
- Any micro, small or medium enterprise operating in India

Udyam पंजीयन भारत सरकार का आधिकारिक MSME पंजीयन है, जो विनिर्माण, सेवा और पात्र व्यापारिक गतिविधियों में लगे सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यमों पर लागू होता है। इससे व्यवसायों को प्राथमिकता आधारित ऋण, सरकारी सब्सिडी, MSME योजनाओं, प्रोत्साहनों, ऋण सहायता और अन्य सरकारी लाभों तक पहुँच मिलती है।

पात्रता

- प्रोपराइटरशिप, साझेदारी, प्राइवेट/पब्लिक लिमिटेड कंपनियाँ एवं सहकारी समितियाँ सभी पात्र हैं
- आवेदक के पास PAN और आधार होना चाहिए

It is not legally mandatory to operate, but it is required to access MSME scheme benefits, priority lending and tender concessions - so practically every small business should have it.व्यवसाय चलाने के लिए यह कानूनी रूप से अनिवार्य नहीं है, पर MSME योजनाओं के लाभ, प्राथमिकता वाले ऋण और निविदाओं में छूट पाने के लिए आवश्यक है — इसलिए व्यवहार में हर छोटे व्यवसाय के पास यह होना चाहिए।
Does the certificate expire?क्या प्रमाण पत्र की अवधि समाप्त होती है?
No. Udyam registration is valid for the lifetime of the enterprise and never needs renewal.नहीं। उद्यम पंजीयन उद्यम के पूरे जीवनकाल के लिए वैध रहता है और इसका नवीनीकरण कभी नहीं कराना पड़ता।
