1. About this policy

This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you use mponlinedigital.com or order a service from us. We are AYUSHI COMMUNICATION, trading as MP Online Digital, of M.P. Nagar Zone-1, Bhopal - the data fiduciary responsible for the information described here.

Our services deal with identity documents, so we have to ask you for sensitive information. We have tried to write this plainly rather than hide behind legal language.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, mobile number, and email address.
  • Details the application requires - date of birth, address, category, or business details.
  • Documents you upload - Aadhaar, PAN, photographs, marksheets, bank details, or property papers, depending on the service.
  • Messages you send us by form, email, or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed and general device or browser details, used to keep the site working and improve it.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card number, UPI PIN, and banking credentials are entered with them, not with us - we never see or store them. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and a reference number.

3. Why we need it, and on what basis

We use your information only for these purposes:

  • To carry out the service you asked for - preparing and submitting your application, and passing the result back to you. This is the main reason we hold your documents.
  • To contact you about your application - confirmations, requests for a missing document, and status updates by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • To meet our own legal and accounting obligations - keeping records of transactions.
  • To keep the site secure and improve it.

We rely on the consent you give when you submit an application, and on the need to perform the service you ordered. You can withdraw consent at any time (see your rights), though we may then be unable to finish an application already in progress.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your documents for advertising or profiling.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is necessary:

  • Government departments and official portals - this is the point of the service. Your application and its supporting documents are submitted to the relevant department.
  • Service providers who help us operate - our website host, payment provider, and messaging tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
  • Where the law requires it - for example, a lawful order from a court or authority.

We do not share your information with anyone else without asking you first.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your application details and documents for as long as we need them to deliver the service and handle any follow-up or query afterwards, and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of the transaction. When we no longer need your documents, we delete them. You may ask us to delete them sooner - see below.

6. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection, portal accounts are password-protected, and access to uploaded documents is limited to the staff working on your application. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send documents to us through public or unsecured channels. If a breach affects your information, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under India's data protection law you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete information we no longer need;
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave; and
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.

Email info@mponlinedigital.com and we will respond. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your documents to someone else.

8. Applications for children

Some services - such as a domicile certificate for someone under 18 - are applied for by a parent or guardian using their own documents. Where a child's information is involved, we rely on the parent or guardian's consent and use the information only for that application.

9. Other websites

Our pages link to government portals and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will tell you when. If a change is significant, we will make it clear rather than quietly amend the text.

11. Contact and complaints

For any privacy question, request, or complaint, email info@mponlinedigital.com, call or WhatsApp 9109111335, or visit either of our Bhopal offices. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
