A birth certificate is the civil record of a birth, issued by the municipal body or gram panchayat where it took place. It is the document schools, passport offices and welfare schemes ask for first. We prepare the application, check the hospital record against the parents' details, and follow it through to issue.
जन्म प्रमाण पत्र किसी जन्म का नागरिक अभिलेख है, जो उस नगरीय निकाय या ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा जारी किया जाता है जहाँ जन्म हुआ हो। स्कूल, पासपोर्ट कार्यालय और कल्याणकारी योजनाएँ सबसे पहले यही दस्तावेज़ माँगती हैं। हम आवेदन तैयार करते हैं, अस्पताल के रिकॉर्ड को माता-पिता के विवरण से मिलाते हैं और जारी होने तक फॉलो-अप करते हैं।

- Hospital certificate (issued within the last 30 days)
- Aadhaar card of the mother (front and back sides, uploaded separately)
- Aadhaar card of the father (front and back sides, uploaded separately)
- Marksheet or report card, where the child is already at school
