Description

Gumasta license must be attained by all employers having 10 or further workers, under the Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishment Act. On submission of the operation, the concerned officer will register the establishment in the register of establishments and issue an enrolment certificate along with the Labour Identification Number (LIN).

Generally, the Gumasta license is valid for a period of 1 time only and will be issued up to the period of 10 times. Formerly, an enrolment is attained, a renewal operation can be submitted each time at least thirty days before the date of expiry of the enrolment certificate for renewal of license.

• Annexure – for demesne of Establishment
• Annexure A tone protestation (75KB to 100KB).
• Annexure B tone protestation for documentation.
• Annexure C undertaking.
• Print (20KB to 30KB)
• Hand (9KB to 15KB)
• Evidence of Identity of Applicant ( dupe of Driving Licence, Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card)
• Copy of Figure damage paid earlier (in case of Old stoner)
